Exhibitor Registration Form

To reserve a booth, complete the information below.. Booth assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. KCSCI will make the final assignments of booth locations. Standard registration includes:

One 10'x10' booth with pipe and drape
An 8' table, two chairs and a waste basket. (Additional tables available at $25 each.)
FREE WiFI
Up to two complementary banquet tickets for booth representatives (non transferrable)
Electricity is not included but may be purchased for $25.

SET-UP TIME: Feb 20, 2021 7:00 am - 10:00 am

MOVE-OUT TIME: Feb 21, 2021 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

If you need additional space, you are welcome to purchase more than one booth at $600/booth.

Note: Booth costs may be waived if you are making a significant donation to the KCSCI Auction.

Only donations approved by KCSCI Board of Directors will be granted complementary booths.

Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Kansas City Chapter Safari Club International, its officers, agents, and employees against all claims, losses, suits, damages, judgments, expenses, costs and charges of any kind resulting from Exhibitor’s occupancy and/or use of the space herein contracted for. KCSCI will provide the services of a reputable security agency during the convention and periods of installation and dismantling. Exhibitor agrees that the provision of such service constitutes adequate discharge of KCSCI’s obligation, if any, to supervise and protect Exhibitor’s property within the convention. Exhibitor’s may furnish additional guards with KCSCI approval and are urged to insure their property at their own cost and expense. Exhibitor is solely responsible for all items, contents, and personal property brought to the exhibition site.

Cancellations by exhibitors are non-refundable.

Disclosure of tax status: The Kansas City Chapter of Safari Club International is a 501-C(4) not-for-profit organization. Contributions, payments, and membership dues to the organization are not deductible as charitable contributions.
